A) 12mins to find your 2RM:
Weighted push-up

-Rest in the locked out position only.

B) For time:
100m Handstand walk

-Start efforts from the furtherest point of contact from the finish each time.

C) Max effort (seconds):
Bridge/plank hold

-Knees and hips must stay extended at all times.
