MICKS BOXING BOOTCAMP:
Is a combination of boxing circuit, body weight, weightlifting and cardio exercises that all revolve around functional movement. From fitness fanatic to couch potato, anyone is welcome!
You can expect a 45-60min session with a qualified coach taking you through a high intensity interval circuit designed to help improve core/body strength, fitness and a range of physical skills.
Classes include circuit training, focus pads, kick pads, sleds, ropes, kettlebells, body weight exercises and other general cardio involving running, skipping etc. We supply all your equipment including inners but if you want to bring your own, feel free!
We moderate and modify exercises to suit your needs and teach you efficient movements/movement patterns. We provide an encouraging family atmosphere, where our top priority is for you to enjoy a great workout within a safe environment. All it takes is all you’ve got! no required fitness or experience required. Come and give it a go!!

*Please note: Tues&Thurs sessions are in Landsborough, Friday night is in Bells creek.
6 WEEK BOOTCAMPS – (3 SESSIONS AVAILABLE EACH WEEK):
First time Bootcamper: $190
Returning Bootcamper: $170
Committed Bootcamper (completed 2 or more full camps): $150 for life!
*Please note: A $10 discount applies per family member when you commit together to the same camp.
INDIVIDUAL SESSIONS (ONE OFFS):
-One off visit: $15 per session
All payments need to be upfront before starting your session/s, we do NOT let anyone commence BBC if these rules are NOT met. Payment can be made via direct debit, direct credit (prior to starting day). Cash is also acceptable, we ask that you bring the correct change on your first day.
