In teams of 3-4 complete the following, For time: 5km Sandbag run, 25kg (15kg) Every 5mins stop and accumulate 20 team burpees. -rxd+ 30kg (20kg) -One Sandbag per team. -We will use the 5km loop. Post load and team time to comments.
