A) 15mins to work on November goals or skills -Come in prepared with 1-2 things. B) 14min Amrap: 1 Deadlift, 170kg (120kg) 10 Wallball shots, 10kg (6kg) 15 Sit-ups Post loads, rounds and reps completed to comments.

A) 18mins to find your 3RM: Strict press -Bar taken from the deck. B) For max reps: 5mins: Burpee Pull-up 5mins: Push press, 52.5kg (37.5kg) -There is no rest between stations. Post loads and total reps completed for each station to comments.
