  2. Good work to all on their skills and drills today!! Congrats to Lynne for hitting two of her three monthly goals this morning with 5 strict ring dips and 3 consecutive strict pull ups, Marty for his 75kg front squat, Reiven with awesome muscle up progressions and James working hard on his hspu. A big thank you to Kate for going around and taking all the bands down after the 5am’ers who were working on bars *cough cough* 😉
    Well done to Kirsten for getting her Thruster Goal!

    Thanks to the guys who came for the weightlifting, some much improved split jerks by every single person!
    Well done to Danny boy getting 3 consecutive strict muscle ups. Keffys 20 consecutive toes to bar! Hayley’s strict press,Tracy’s much improved kipping pull-up and Lach.E for his continual push on working for quality with everything he attacks!

  3. Great weightlifting session this arvo practising split jerks! Learnt heaps in refining the basic techniques. Just need to put it all together! 🙁 Keep body straight (don’t lean forward, argh!), bend the back leg more, keep the front leg up more . . . oh yeah . . . bring the front leg back first when standing back up. My brain and body can’t cope with that one! Haha. 🙂 Great coaching Mick and Nick. Got a lot out of it. Very beneficial.

    Really enjoying the Friday weightlifting and gymnastics classes. Thanks for giving us the opportunity to learn and to work through and improve on techniques. Can’t knock that back! There is always something you can learn or improve on at CrossFit. So THANK YOU!

    • You said it all Carolyn… oh and for me I have to remember all that and make sure I move my head out of the way if I want my chin to stay intact 🙂 ha ha!!
