Sorry we missed the Christmas party sounds like a lot of fun. Paula and I have been in Melbourne for a few days so we’ve missed a few sessions. Paula will be back and into it tomorrow and I will be back on Friday but will post more hotel gym WODs through the week.

I joined a gym to get me motivated for a few months till I get a routine again. There are signs that say “NO GRUNTING OR GROANING (or German), NO DUMPING THE BARS AND NO TOWEL, NO WORKOUT!”. Forgot what it’s like to be in a globo gym, don’t think I will last long. Hope your all going well and had a nice Chrissy party
