    Lunge half way down
    Broad jump remainder of way
    Run back up

  3. Last full day on Hamilton… :( had an absolute ball tho!!!

    4 rounds: 30 pushups, 40 sit ups, 50 squats. Follow by yoga….just to try and find a further realm of relaxation!!! :)
