I will make up yesterday’s WOD today. I was really sick again yesterday arvo with the same bug I had last week. I got in some cardio in the morning though.

Im registered bahahaha nit sure why I’m excited probs wont even be able to lift a bar then ha ha. It’ll be my 1st week back after nearly 3months of no crossfit 🙁 So looking forward to it and the Friday Night Screams yyyeeeeeewwwwwww
