  3. Tried double unders for the first time today got a couple out looks like plenty of work ahead to increase those to consecutive
    ones:-) as for the handstand walk… Hmmm try again next time. Loving the challenge of attempting all new things that I have not done before! Loving crossfit and 4551 and thanks Nick for the tips:-)

  5. Just wanted to shout out to Cliffy n Chase for doing a good job on hip on Saturday. Just had session with the Chiro and he said it was completely jammed up n twisted forward he said if it hadn’t been adjusted back in I would have been in serious trouble and definitely have a very high pain threshold to go through with it. His last comments were “Karen, why dont you take up golf ” to which I laughed hysterically!!!

    • How awesome is that you have your own personal medical team handy to have around !!!!Hmmm!!!!! Cant see you playing golf unless its at Sanctuary Cove for fun and a fast drive around in the buggys after the 19th hole!!!!

  6. Oh plus got 3 PBS today.
    5 – 10 kilo handstand pushups
    A 10kg weighted muscle up
    And 5 cosecutive ring handstand pushups today.
    Tough mudder inspired me this weekend. Brisbane for sure next year
