  1. Tuesdays work wod . Mod of last two days wods . Bench press for 3’s 60-72 kg.then ten rounds of 100m sprints on the rower 20 for all ten rounds.

    • I agree with Cliff its great to start the day as a team before we get lost on our goals:-)
