  3. Hey guys hit Crossfit mackay again representing 4551. 21 15 9 of 25kg sandbag cleans and 400. Meter runs between with 25 kg sand bag. 8.24rxd 400m run was up a hill too!!! Finisher 3 max efforts of hollow rock holds best time was 3.10.

  4. Hi Mick Just went home and checked my attendance for the 27th and I was there for the 6pm session, my score was 20-50kg,I was missed on my name getting put on the board, it was the day I hung back and watched you and Joe do your lifts. Can you please tick me off on that day.
