Can you believe this was the first games?? Amazing how far the sport has come in such a short amount of time! Keep your eyes peeled for Speal in this his 1st games and this weekend heading for his 6th, CROSSFIT LEGEND!!

        • Hi Tommy, I didn’t do the WOD but from memory it was an 10 min AMRAP of 10 burpee box jumps and 18 double unders..

          • And the skills was push jerk 2’s, ten sets.

        18 Dbl Unders
