In teams of 2-3 complete the following,
800m Farmers carry, 24kg (16kg)
80 Goblet squats, 24kg (16kg)
600m Farmers carry
60 Double russian swings, 24kg (16kg)
400m Farmers carry
40 Kettlebell floor press, 24kg (16kg)
200m Farmers carry
20 Alternating pistols, 24kg (16kg)
-Two kettlebells per team.
-Only one athlete works at one time.
-Reps can be partitioned however.
