In pairs complete the following,
As many rounds as possible in 15mins of:
30 Hang power snatch, 45kg (30kg)
180 Double unders
10 Rope ascents, (15ft)
-One athlete works at one time.
-Distribute reps however.
-One bar, one load per team.
Post team load rounds and reps to comments.
150 push ups
