HAPPY BIRTHDAY HEIDI!!

In pairs complete the following,

As many rounds as possible in 17mins of:
30 Deadlifts, 100kg (70kg)
60 Handstand push-ups
180 Double unders

-One load, one bar.
-Only one athlete works at one time, distribute reps however.
