Team WOD Monday 15/08/2011
In Teams of 2 find in 10 minutes:
Total load (kg) lifted from Ground to Overhead.
In this WOD the 2 athletes will select a weight for the team, this weight can not be changed at any stage during the 10min time cap allocated (so choose your weight wisely!!). One bar/weight per team means only one athlete can work at a time, rotate reps as u please!! Use any lift you like as long as the bar/load passes through the full range of motion required and completed safely. Add total weight lifted for the 10mins between your team, highest total amount of weight lifted WINS!!
