In teams of 2 complete the following:
Amrap in 20mins of:
40 Ground to overhead, 20kg (10kg) while partner holds plank
50 Pull-ups while partner holds plate overhead
60 Sit Ups while partner hangs from pull up bar
Run 200m together with your plate
-Team reps can not be completed unless the other team member is holding a plank position, plate overhead or hanging from the pull-up bar at the same time.
-One plate per team.
