In teams of 2-3 complete the following,

With a continuously running clock complete:

Amrap in 8 minutes of:
10 Alternating barbell lunges, 70kg (50kg)
10 Hang power Cleans 70kg (50kg)

When the clock hits 13 minutes complete for time:
100 Box jump overs, 24″ (20″)
100 Toes through rings

When the clock hits 23 minutes complete:

Amrap in 3 minutes of:
Shoulder to Overhead 70kg (50kg)

-One bar, one load.
-Only one athlete works at one time.
-Break reps down however you like between team members.
