15min ascending ladder of:
4 Dumbbell push press, 2x25kg (2x20kg)
4 Toes to bar
50m Farmers carry, 2x24kg (2x16kg) kettlebells
Increase reps by 4 each round. FC can not be put down at any time, otherwise a 10 burpee penalty must be performed on the spot.
-Only one athlete works at one time.
-Alternate stations with your partner.
