A REMINDER THAT TODAY IS THE START OF OUR NEW TIMETABLE FOR SATURDAY MORNINGS. IF YOU SHOW UP AT 8AM YOU ARE MORE THAN WELCOME TO COMPLETE A WOD OUTSIDE. CHECK THE NEWS AND EVENTS SECTION FOR THE UPDATED TIMETABLE!!
In pairs complete the following,
For time:
50 Handstand push-ups
2 Rope ascents, 15 foot
40 Burpee pull-ups
4 Rope ascents
30 Ring dips
6 Rope ascents
20 Weighted pull-ups, 20kg (12.5kg)
8 Rope ascents
10 Muscle-ups (Rings or bar)
10 Rope ascents
-Only one athlete can work at one time.
-Reps can be partitioned however.
-Reps do NOT have to be evenly distributed.
