AMRAP in 6mins of:
12 Burpees
12 Russian twists, 35kg (25kg) deadball

-Alternate rounds with your partner.

AMRAP in 7mins of:
50m Buddy carry
Max Kettlebell Swings, 24kg (16kg)

-The BC is a buy in for each round, the score will be total KBS completed by the team.

For time: (20min cap)
Run 700m
70 Deadball cleans, 35kg (25kg)
Run 700m

-Both athletes complete the run.

Post load, reps and time individually for each part to comments.
