In teams of 2-3 complete the following,
AMRAP in 30mins of:
400m Farmers Carry, (Team choose KB or DB load)
150 Wallball shots, 10kg (6kg)
100 Alternating jumping lunges
50 Tyre flips
-Break up the reps up between your team as you like.
-Two athletes can flip the tyre but only one athlete works at once on other stations.
