40 Alternating ground to shoulder
40 GHD Sit-ups
40 Push-ups
30 Alternating ground to shoulder
30 GHD Sit-ups
30 Push-ups
20 Alternating ground to shoulder
20 GHD Sit-ups
20 Push-ups
10 Alternating ground to shoulder
10 GHD Sit-ups
10 Push-ups

-Only one athlete works at one time.
-Partition reps however between team members.
