Team WOD Saturday 19/11/2011

Paleo Breakfast 9am after team WOD!!

In teams of 3, perform an overall total weight lifted in 15mins:
Back Squat

(In this WOD you and your team will agree upon one weight before starting the workout. This weight will be your lifting load for the entire workout, at any time your team can not change the weight, (So choose your load wisely!!). Athletes must rotate in the same order throughout WOD but there are no set amount of reps to be performed by each athlete. Your goal in this workout is to move as much load in the time requirement (15mins) at a full range of motion with a safe and correct movemement pattern. Highest load total team WINS and will pull a penalty for remaining teams out of a Hopper!!

Seen this guy go lately??
