200 Double Unders

Then 10 rounds of:
5 Overhead squats, 60kg (42.5kg)
10 Calorie row
15 Push-ups

Then finish with,

50 Burpee pull-ups

-One bar, one load per team.
-One athlete works at one time.
-Alternate stations.
