Team WOD, Saturday 20/06/2015

In teams of 2-3 complete:

Three rounds for time of:
Run 800 meters with a, 40kg (30kg) barbell
6 Rope Ascents, 15ft
24 Alternating barbell lunges, 60kg (42.5kg)

-All athletes cover the distance.
-Keep same rotation but distribute reps however.
-One barbell for WOD, change loads accordingly on arrival and exit.
-Only one athlete carries barbell on the run.
-A 30 burpee team penalty if bar/weights make contact with ground on run.
