For time:
Run 800m

then 3rds of,
35 Kettlebell swings, 24kg (16kg)
30 Push-ups
25 Pull-ups
20 Box jumps, 24″ (20″)

then,
Run 800m

-Run is completed together.
-Partation reps however.
-Only one athlete works at one time except for the run.
-Team time is called when both team members complete final run.
