In teams of 2-3 complete the following,
From 0:00-6:00:
Row 800m then max reps, Sit-ups
Rest 1min then,
From 7:00-13:00:
Row 800m then max reps, Strict press, 42.5kg (30kg)
Rest 1min then,
From 14:00-20:00:
Row 800m then max reps, Hang power snatch, 42.5kg (30kg)
-Row must be distributed evenly though you can partition reps however between team members.
-One bar, one load with only the one athlete working at one time.
-Score= total Sit-up reps, Strict press reps and HPS reps e.g. 65/30/45 rxd
Post load and number of reps completed for each exercise to comments.
Today’s hotel wod. 5 minutes on the treadmill then.
Yesterday’s wod modified with dumbbells and gym equipment.
