    • Oh and Yeah I remember this Wod. Burpees and Rotational Tyre Carry round the 700 m route wasn’t it?? Not sure how many rounds though. Good Times!! Look forward to pulling out the Hoodie again, Dig the original 4551 Hoodie!!

  4. I remember it well had to do it twice to make up numbers for the next class. Yesterday s work wod mod. Used 25kg dumb bell for kettle bell and single dumb bell for thursters for wall ball. Same reps 9+7

  7. 3km run – 18:05 . Averge pace 5:56/km. Practiced pose running instead of time trial.

  8. Just was juggling trying to eat a 3 block breakfast … Then droppe to a 2 block – eat it within 3ins of waking up and then wait for long enough to go running again in the heat with the dogs …. Working on a routine with this block and timing strategy. And didn’t have time to squeeze in mobility again before work appt

  10. A great tip for working on grip strength… just blow out your palms doing too many pullups so you have to use your fingertips all day at work. I know I wasn’t the only one

  11. 50 min wod at the Aqua park Bli Bli with my 7 year old niece my goodness that was hard work my arms are screeming!!!! Lucky my rabdo has gone!!!!!:)
