  5. Welcome back Mimsy! Good job today morning crew. Great week for Karen – all those PB’s and to top it all off a fantastic win over England in the cricket? What more could an Irish girl want? 🙂

  6. I hope to be in at 5.30..work permitting. But my back is still shagged, wont be able to do sit ups…or much else for that matter, but im sure youll figure something out to torure me with??? See you this arvo. 🙂

  8. Just received this email and it reminded me of the Deegan’s especially on Annie day.

    An Irishman was terribly overweight, so his doctor put him on a diet.

    ‘I want you to eat regularly for 2 days, then skip a day, and repeat this procedure for 2 weeks. The next time I see you, you should have lost at least 5 pounds.

    When the Irishman returned, he shocked the doctor by having lost nearly 60lbs!

    ‘Why, that’s amazing!’ the doctor said, ‘Did you follow my instructions?’

    The Irishman nodded…’I’ll tell you though, by jaesuz, I t’aut I were going to drop dead on dat 3rd day.’

    ‘From the hunger, you mean?’ asked the doctor.

    ‘No, from the skippin’

  11. Can’t get in this arvo as I am covering a shift at work but I did Annie before I started and got 7.12rxd. Had my feet anchored not sure if you guys did or not. If not I will do it again tomorrow.

    Got up to 60kgs on the Push Jerks but ran out of time! Practiced my HSPU in between sets.
