U.S. Army Staff Sergeant Edwardo Loredo, 34, of Houston, Texas, assigned to the 2nd Battalion, 508th Parachute Infantry Regiment, 4th Brigade Combat Team, 82nd Airborne Division, based in Fort Bragg, North Carolina, was killed on June 24, 2010 in Jelewar, Afghanistan, when insurgents attacked his unit with an improvised explosive device. He is survived by his wife, First Sergeant Jennifer Loredo; his daughter, Laura Isabelle; his stepdaughter, Alexis; and his son, Eduardo Enrique.

  4. While I was waiting for clients today I decided to do thrusters for 2’s seeing I couldn’t do thrusters the other day. Got 60kg for 2’s.

  5. Was feeling pretty average today so i did three rounds at home. Time was 14:32

  6. Guys I will put up a sheet in the box and let you put your names against the rooms. That way it will be first come first served..

  7. Unable to get in, will have to make it up somewhere along the way. Did front squats at work though, worked some 5’s then ahead a crack at 1’s. see you all tomorrow morning 🙂

  8. Did Laredo at home, was quite sore and had a migraine so I did :
    6 x rounds
    12 x squats
    12 x push ups
    12 x lunges

    Time : 10:50
