A REMINDER THAT THE 4.15PM “OPEN GYM” SESSION STARTS BACK TODAY FOLLOWED BY THE 5.30PM “DAILY WOD” SESSION. HOPE TO SEE A GOOD SHOW :)

A) 10mins to get your April goals up on the board, (bring 2-3 in with you)
-Specific: To what you are trying to achieve.
-Realistic: To your own ability.
-Achievable: Within the month of April (think 3-4 weeks).

B) Complete 1-10 reps of the following:
Row, (calories)
Burpees
Sumo deadlift high pull, 24kg (16kg) kettlebell
Knees to elbows
