A) 15mins to Set 2-3 September goals, they must be,
Realistic: To your own ability
Specific: To what you’re trying to achieve.
Achievable: Within the month of September (think 3-4 weeks)
*As usual bring them into the gym and get them up on the goals board on arrival.
B) For time:
75 Handstand push-ups
Every two minutes complete a 100m run.
