  1. At the Games I am pretty sure Lyndal came equal second out of ALL the girls there int the thruster ladder. Amazing strength and effort! Can’t remember the weight…maybe someone else can.

    • 68.2kg Cherise. And yep, equal second out of all the Australian and New Zealand girls.

  2. I’m not happy :( I have to work, can’t get to the 9.15am session. I have missed out of a whole week of crossfit, and it’s hard since I’m addicted. And since I’m going away again on Monday and will be gone for 9 days I will miss out again, Not Happy. How will I survive?

    • Know how you feel Beck but you just have to modify the sessions based on what equipment you have and go for it…you will soon look like a fool in the gym just like me!!! hahaha

  3. Dam..I wanted to try this one after seeing it at the games….good luck everyone. Tommy is about to board yet another flight and will be back on the coast this PM..have a nice day off you lucky buggers.

Mick – You may need extra weight for Mr. Crossfit. Not sure you have enough in the box to cope with his pure strength. A few of you may have to hang off his bar :-)

  4. What a fun session! Thanks for the support everyone :-) pretty happy with a PB of 17.5. Have a great long weekend everyone and see you all Monday! :-)
