10-1 reps for time of:
Ground to overhead, 60kg (42.5kg)
Knees to elbows

Immediately after your WOD complete,

In a 5 minute window:
1RM Clean and Jerk

-If scaling WOD, scale load.
-Strictly five min cap to lift 1RM.
-Only athletes can load their own bars.

  2. Crackin turnout tonight guys and some big lifts, big Keffy just warming up on 120kg under a little fatigue. That number one spot might be under fire Harro if you keep cherry picking mate ;)
