In teams of 2-3 complete the following,
50 Back squats, 60kg (42.5kg)
50 Bench press, 60kg (42.5kg)
35 Back squats
35 Bench press
20 Back squat
20 Bench press
1 Muscle-up (each)
Any teams looking for the extra challenge scale loads up to, 70kg (50kg) also add a 20kg (10kg) weighted vest for the muscle-up.
-One bar, one load per team.
-Bar is taken from the deck in the back squat.
