A) 15mins to find your 5RM:
Power clean
-Reps do NOT have to be touch and go.
B) In pairs complete the following,
As many rounds as possible in 15mins of:
5 Power cleans, 60kg (42.5kg)
10 Calorie bike
15 Burpees
-Alternate stations with partner.
-Only one athlete works at one time.
