    Due to the availability of the rowers, Tamara will be opening up the gym at 5pm if anyone is interested in coming in earlier to get the WOD done. Obviously the WOD is only short and will be run in heats, the first people warmed up and ready to go will be started, this format will continue until everyone has completed the WOD.

    The gym will still be open for the usual hour from 5.30pm.

    Leaving Hamilton island today….what an awesome week!! loved having the girls with me to work out with! They are living the Crossfit workouts!
    First holiday I’ve ever been on and worked out consistently…feel so much better for doing it!

  8. Hey sue yeah good to give the dumb bells a rest but will be back on them tomorrow !! Time was around 11 mins something . Bit weird running on the treadmill .
