HAPPY BIRTHDAY LOZZA!!

A REMINDER THAT THERE IS NO SESSIONS AT THE BOX TOMORROW AS WE ARE TAKING A 6KM TRIP AROUND TIBRO, EVERYONE IS WELCOME REGARDLESS OF ABILITY AND EXPERIENCE. WE WILL BE TAKING THE KIDS SO COME JOIN US. CAR POOLING FROM THE BOX 5.30AM SHARP!!

“Airforce WOD”

For time:
20 Thrusters, 42.5kg (30kg)
20 Sumo deadlift high pull, 42.5kg (30kg)
20 Push jerk, 42.5kg (30kg)
20 Overhead squat, 42.5kg (30kg)
20 Front squat, 42.5kg (30kg)

*Perform 4 burpees at the start of each minute.

-One bar, one load.

  2. Just did the wod at school 5.59 rxd. There was no way i was letting that 6min mark get me…..stupid burpees…haha
