Run 400m
12 Dumbbell deadlifts, 22.5kg (15kg)
9 Dumbbell hang power cleans, 22.5kg (15kg)
6 Dumbbell push jerk, 22.5kg (15kg)

rx’d+ = 20kg (10kg) Weighted vest/ 25kg (17.5kg) Dumbbells.

-One set of DB’s per person.
