Minute 2: 5 Shoulder to overhead
Minute 3: Max reps, ring muscle-ups

-Use one bar, one load for entire WOD.

Men: 70kg
Women: 47.5kg

Rx’d+ = PC & S2O, 84kg (55kg)
Masters 55+/ Teens = PC & S2O, 60kg (42.5kg)
