B) Three rounds for time of:
9 Deadlifts, 125kg (90kg)
12 Burpees over the bar
Post loads and time to comments.
Pretty sure the only thing worse than a DL / burpee couplet is a thruster / burpee couplet.
I always miss deadlifts – devo!
