WOD Friday 27/02/2015

A REMINDER THIS WORKOUT WILL ONLY RUN FOR THE MORNING SESSIONS. THE CFGO WOD WILL REPLACE THIS WOD BETWEEN 4PM-6.30PM. ALL MEMBERS ARE WELCOME TO WOD, REGISTERED OR NOT! NON REGISTERED MEMBERS ARE NOT REQUIRED TO HAVE A JUDGE FOR THE AFTERNOON WOD. ALL ATHLETES NOT ON OUR FB PAGE NEED TO READ THE NEWS AND EVENTS SECTION OF THE WEBSITE!!

Perform max reps with the time allocated on each of the stations:
5mins: Kettlebell swings, 24kg (16kg)
4mins: Walking lunges (alternating)
3mins: Sit-ups
2mins: Dumbbell thrusters, 20kg (12.5kg)
1min: Burpees

Post loads and individual reps for each station to comments.
