Robbo hitting up a WOD with a view in Bali!!
A) In front of a clock set for 12 minutes:
1 minute of Burpee onto plate
1 minute of Dumbbell snatch, 25kg (20kg)
2 minutes of Burpee onto plate
2 minutes of Dumbbell snatch
3 minutes of Burpee onto plate
3 minutes of Dumbbell snatch
-Alternate sides for DB snatch.
-Everyone use an old school 10kg (black) plate for burpees.
Rest 5mins
B) 8mins to find your 1RM:
Weighted push-up
Post reps for each set and loads to comments.
