hey boz, what happened to 6 minutes huh?
A couple of shout outs today, firstly its great to see Emma and Nick back in and amongst it!!
Also to young Ryan.G, Browneye and Russ on their double under effort, Shane on his persistence and quality with his lifting, Lachlan, Robbo, Dane and Zane on much improved technique with their lifting, Elisa and Gill for an awesome rxd effort even know they didn’t want to 😉
Take nothing away from anyone not mentioned here, these are the guys I’ve tested with this WOD specifically due to their weaknesses.
A great effort by the morning crews, can anyone go sub 10mins tonight??
