As many rounds as possible in 15mins of:
10 Alternating dumbbell step-ups
20 Alternating dumbbell ground to overhead
30 Box-jumps
Men: 22.5kg dumbbell/ 20″ box
Women: 15kg dumbbell/ 16″ box
Only one dumbbell is required per person for entire WOD.
