Complete as many rounds as possible in 23 minutes of:
9 Chest-to-bar pull-ups
15 Power cleans, 60kg (42.5kg)
21 Squats
400-meter run with a 20kg (10kg) plate
-Plate can not be put down in the 400m. A 20 burpee penalty will apply each time this happens.
