For time:
1.6km Run
100 Pull-ups
200 Push-ups
300 Squats
1.6km Run
Partition the pull-ups, push-ups, and squats as needed. Start and finish with a mile run. If you’ve got a twenty pound vest or body armor, wear it.

Thanks Sue 🙂 Its not that I cant run its that I dont like running. But I was pretty happy with my efforts especially considering I took 10 secs off my time for 1.6k…it can only get better 🙂
