A) 10mins to set 1-2 July goals, they should be:
-Realistic to your ability.
-Specific to what you’re trying to achieve.
-Achievable within the month of July.
B) Amrap in 15mins of:
Run 200m
10 Medicine ball cleans, 10kg (6kg)
20 Wallball shots, 10kg (6kg)
-One ball, one load per person.
Post load, rounds and reps completed to comments.
Couldn’t make it into the season today so went for a run. 40min to the beach and back.
