GREAT TO SEE A FANTASTIC TURNOUT TO OUR GYMNASTICS SEMINAR ON SATURDAY, WE HAD SOME FANTASTIC FEEDBACK AND WOULD LOVE TO HEAR FROM EVERYONE WHO ATTENDED. WE LOOK FORWARD TO BRINGING YOU OUR NEXT ONE IN SEPTEMBER 🙂

A BELATED HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO RYNO.C!!

A) 10mins to set August goals, (bring 2-3 into the gym with you)

They should be:
-Realistic to your ability.
-Specific to what it is you are trying to achieve.
-Achievable for the month of August.

Row 500m
12 Deadlifts @ bodyweight
21 Box jumps, 20″ (16″)

  2. MONDAY’S SESSIONS!!
    Guys we are inviting people to come in at each of the sessions, get your goals up on the board upstairs (see website for specifics), then get started on the warm-up and start your WOD as soon as you are ready. Due to the availability of the rowers and the WOD type this will help everyone get away within the hour. We will run a continuous clock but please wait for the previous person to complete their final 500m row before starting your WOD.

    This does NOT mean you can just rock up late, skip the mobility and cut the warm-up. If we do not think you have warmed up properly then we will hold you back until you do. The last thing we want is to see people getting injured.

    People will be listed in heats in order of their arrival.
